The exact temperature, time and handling depend on the film, powder, device and ink load. One universal setting should not be promised.
Ask whether the proposed setup uses manual powdering with a separate oven, an integrated shaker/heater or another documented post-processing device. Confirm exhaust, heat containment, power, working clearance and operator steps. A transfer can look acceptable immediately after printing while the adhesive layer is uneven or improperly cured.
