DTG ink prints directly onto garments and depends on pretreatment, fabric composition, white underbase and heat curing.

Choose by Printer and Application

Typical system direction Epson i3200-A1 and matched industrial DTG formulations after full machine confirmation
Best-fit materials Pretreated cotton and cotton-rich garments; other fabrics require a matched process
Test before production Pretreatment, nozzle/white stability, curing, hand feel, color and wash resistance

Before You Order

  • Confirm printer model, printhead or printer family, current ink, pack format and required colors.
  • Confirm the main material and production process; a printhead match alone is not enough.
  • Do not mix unconfirmed inks. Plan flushing and run a production-material test before changing ink.
  • Ask for batch-specific SDS/TDS/COA where required; documents for an original brand do not automatically cover compatible replacement ink.
