Sublimation ink is for polyester or polymer-coated applications. Standard cotton is not a direct sublimation substrate.

Choose by Printer and Application

Typical system direction Confirmed Epson/KM formulations and named Mimaki Sb411, Sb420 and Sb610 workflows
Best-fit materials Polyester textiles, sublimation paper, soft signage and polymer-coated rigid blanks
Test before production ICC profile, transfer paper, polyester content, temperature, dwell time, pressure and final color

Before You Order

  • Confirm printer model, printhead or printer family, current ink, pack format and required colors.
  • Confirm the main material and production process; a printhead match alone is not enough.
  • Do not mix unconfirmed inks. Plan flushing and run a production-material test before changing ink.
  • Ask for batch-specific SDS/TDS/COA where required; documents for an original brand do not automatically cover compatible replacement ink.
