Refund Policy

UV INK PRO is operated by M&M UNION HONGKONG LIMITED. We supply professional printing consumables, printheads, printer parts, inks, maintenance products, and related industrial printing equipment for business and technical buyers.

1. General Policy

Many products sold on this store are model-specific technical items. Before ordering, customers should confirm the correct model, specification, interface, condition, quantity, and compatibility. We can help review product links, old part photos, connector photos, printer model information, and destination details before purchase.

Returns, exchanges, refunds, or compensation are not available for buyer-side reasons such as incorrect model selection, compatibility mistakes caused by incomplete buyer information, mistaken orders, improper installation, use of incompatible ink or fluid, unauthorized repair, or damage after installation.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Unless we shipped the wrong item or the product arrived damaged, the following items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable: printheads, inks, cleaning liquids, coatings, electronic boards, decoders, opened consumables, installed parts, used items, customized items, special-order products, machines, and products affected by buyer-side installation or operating conditions.

3. Wrong Item Sent or Transit Damage

If we shipped the wrong item, or if an order arrives with visible transit damage, contact us within 72 hours after delivery. Provide the order number, product photos, packaging photos, shipping label photos, and a clear description of the issue so we can review the case.

4. Return Authorization and Return Shipping

No return should be sent back without written authorization from UV INK PRO. Unauthorized returns may be refused or may not qualify for refund review.

Return address details are provided only after written return authorization (RMA) is approved, because the return location depends on product type, shipment origin, and the approved resolution. Do not send returns to any address before written authorization.

If the issue is confirmed to be our shipping mistake or verified transit damage, we will confirm whether we provide a replacement, refund, return label, carrier claim assistance, or another resolution. If we approve an exceptional return for a buyer-side reason, the buyer is responsible for return shipping, import/export charges, duties, taxes, and any loss caused by incorrect return handling unless we confirm otherwise in writing.

5. Refund Timing

If a refund is approved, we process it within 3-5 business days after inspection confirmation or after we confirm that return inspection is not required. The buyer's bank, card issuer, PayPal, Shopify Payments, or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.

6. Before Installation

For printheads, boards, dampers, decoders, pumps, cables, and other technical parts, inspect the package and product before installation. Do not install or use an item if the model, connector, condition, or packaging appears incorrect. Contact us first with photos and order details.
