Shipping Policy

UV INK PRO is operated by M&M UNION HONGKONG LIMITED. We ship professional printing consumables, printheads, printer parts, inks, maintenance products, and related industrial printing supplies for business and technical buyers.

1. Shipping Origin

Most products ship from China. Some printheads or special-order products may ship from Hong Kong depending on actual stock and logistics arrangements. For manual-confirmation orders, the shipping origin is confirmed before payment or before shipment.

2. Shipping Cost Before Payment

For direct-checkout products, available shipping options and estimated shipping charges are shown in Shopify checkout before payment when the destination and product type can be calculated automatically.

If checkout cannot show a usable shipping option or if the order involves printers, machines, liquids, special-order parts, low-stock parts, oversized products, or destination restrictions, the product is treated as inquiry-only until shipping cost, route, and duties/taxes handling are confirmed in writing.

3. Processing Time

Typical processing times are: printer parts 2-4 business days, printheads 3-7 business days, most inks 2-4 business days, special or low-stock ink models 3-14 business days, and printers or machine orders 7-14 business days after stock and configuration are confirmed.

Some products may require extra time for sourcing, packing, hazardous material handling, or destination-specific logistics review. If the required timing cannot be met, we will contact the buyer before shipment.

4. Carriers and Delivery

Common carriers may include DHL, FedEx, UPS, air cargo, sea freight, or local forwarding services depending on product type and destination. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, local holidays, or import review.

Estimated Delivery Time

After an order is processed and handed to the carrier, estimated transit time is usually 3-21 business days, depending on the destination country, shipping method, customs clearance, product type, and carrier schedule.

Processing time and transit time are separate. Most orders require 2-14 business days for handling, packing, stock confirmation, or special-product preparation before shipment. Printers, machines, liquids, special-order parts, low-stock products, oversized items, or destination-restricted shipments may require additional confirmation before dispatch.

Delivery dates are estimates only. Customs clearance, local holidays, remote-area delivery, carrier delays, import review, or buyer-side customs information issues may extend the delivery time.

5. Duties and Taxes

If duties or taxes are included in a shipping arrangement, we will state that before payment or in the written order confirmation. If they are not included, the buyer is responsible for local import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs fees, and other destination charges.

6. Address and Delivery Issues

Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, contact name, phone number, and import information. Delays or extra charges caused by incorrect address details, missing customs information, or failed delivery attempts may be the buyer's responsibility.
