3. Product Information and Compatibility

Customers are responsible for verifying product model, specification, interface type, condition, quantity, and compatibility before placing an order. We may provide pre-sale assistance, but final purchase responsibility remains with the buyer when the buyer places an order based on their own information or assumptions.

Product names, model numbers, manufacturer names, and compatibility references may be used only to help buyers identify fitment. Unless clearly confirmed in writing before payment, references to third-party brands do not imply approval, sponsorship, endorsement, or business association.

4. Orders and Acceptance

We honor the product price and selected configuration displayed for accepted direct-checkout orders.

If a catalog, inventory, technical, shipping, or configuration error prevents us from fulfilling an accepted direct-checkout order under the displayed conditions, we will cancel the affected item and issue a full refund. We will not charge a higher amount or substitute a different product without the customer's explicit approval through a new or revised order.

Products explicitly described as inquiry-only or quotation-required are not accepted as direct-checkout orders until their details are confirmed in writing before payment.
