Payment, Shipping & Tax Information
UV INK PRO is operated by M&M UNION HONGKONG LIMITED. This page explains how product price, payment, shipping, duties, taxes, and order confirmation are handled before payment or before shipment.
Price and Payment Before Checkout
For direct-checkout products, the product price is shown on the product page and in the cart before payment. Available payment methods are shown in Shopify checkout based on the buyer's location, order details, and Shopify payment availability.
Payment icons or payment method names shown on the website are informational only. The final available payment methods are confirmed in checkout before payment is completed.
If a product cannot display a usable shipping option, tax/duty handling, stock status, or configuration details before payment, treat that product as inquiry-only and contact us before placing an order.
Shipping Cost and Order Confirmation
For products available for direct checkout, available shipping options and estimated shipping charges are shown before payment when Shopify checkout can calculate them for the destination.
Printers, machines, liquids, special-order parts, low-stock parts, oversized products, and products requiring voltage or configuration confirmation may need a written quote before payment. These products should not be considered confirmed until current stock, product condition, shipping route, shipping cost, duties/taxes handling, and configuration details are confirmed in writing.
Shipping Origin
Most products ship from China. Some printheads or special-order products may ship from Hong Kong depending on actual stock and logistics arrangements. For manual-confirmation orders, the shipping origin is confirmed before payment or before shipment.
Estimated Delivery Time
After an order is processed and handed to the carrier, estimated transit time is usually 3-21 business days, depending on the destination country, shipping method, customs clearance, product type, and carrier schedule.
Processing time and transit time are separate. Most orders require 2-14 business days for handling, packing, stock confirmation, or special-product preparation before shipment. Printers, machines, liquids, special-order parts, low-stock products, oversized items, or destination-restricted shipments may require additional confirmation before dispatch.
Delivery dates are estimates only. Customs clearance, local holidays, remote-area delivery, carrier delays, import review, or buyer-side customs information issues may extend the delivery time.
Duties, Taxes, and Import Charges
Duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or import-related charges depend on destination country, product type, shipment method, and local customs rules.
If duties or taxes are included in a shipping arrangement, we will state that before payment or in the written order confirmation. If they are not included, the buyer is responsible for local import duties, taxes, and customs-related charges charged by the destination country or carrier.
If an Accepted Direct-Checkout Order Cannot Be Fulfilled
We honor the product price and selected configuration displayed for accepted direct-checkout orders.
If a catalog, inventory, technical, shipping, or configuration error prevents us from fulfilling an accepted direct-checkout order under the displayed conditions, we will cancel the affected item and issue a full refund. We will not charge a higher amount or substitute a different product without the customer's explicit approval through a new or revised order.
Products explicitly described as inquiry-only or quotation-required are not accepted as direct-checkout orders until their details are confirmed in writing before payment.
