Printer Ink Line Air Bubbles or Leaks: How to Match Tubing and Connectors

  • Confirm whether a listing such as 3x2mm or 4x3mm refers to the supplier's OD/ID convention before payment.
  • Match the connector thread, barb diameters, body shape, sealing method, and available installation clearance.
  • Record elbows, branch points, clips, guides, pump rollers, and moving-carriage sections that affect routing.
  • Send side-by-side photos of the old and candidate parts when a small size difference is difficult to verify.

No. Confirm inner diameter, wall thickness, material, chemical resistance, bend and movement requirements, connector engagement, and the actual route.

If a connector feels tight, is it compatible?
