DTF Printhead Cleaning & Dredging Solution
This maintenance cleaning solution is intended for compatible DTF water-based pigment ink systems. Use it only after confirming the printer, printhead, ink chemistry, maintenance method, and fluid compatibility.
Compatibility Direction
- Maintenance direction for selected DTF workflows using XP600 or i3200-series printheads after configuration confirmation.
- Confirm the current ink family and cleaning-fluid compatibility before flushing a cap top, damper, tube, cartridge, or printhead.
- Do not mix with unknown cleaning fluids, UV ink, eco-solvent ink, sublimation ink, or other incompatible chemistries.
Use and Handling Notes
- Follow the printer or printhead service procedure and begin with a small compatibility test.
- Do not force fluid through a blocked or damaged printhead.
- Results depend on the blockage condition, ink residue, component condition, and maintenance procedure.
- Stop use if swelling, discoloration, leakage, unusual odor, or material incompatibility is observed.
Storage and Safety
Keep the container sealed and upright, away from heat and direct sunlight. Wear appropriate gloves and eye protection. Request the current supplier safety documentation before ordering if it is required for workplace handling, transport, or import review.

Printheads, inks, cleaning liquids, electronic boards, and opened or installed items usually require written review before return unless we shipped the wrong item or the goods arrived damaged.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 calendar days after delivery with photos, package details, and your order number so we can review the case.
