




The DX5 Printhead Ink Damper is used in Epson DX5 ink supply systems to stabilize ink pressure, smooth ink delivery, and reduce common printing defects caused by air intake or pressure fluctuation. It is suitable for UV-curable and solvent-based ink environments where stable jetting and consistent output are required.
This damper assembly works as a buffer between the ink tube and the printhead, helping maintain a steady meniscus at the nozzle plate. A stable meniscus improves dot consistency and helps reduce banding, ghosting, and nozzle dropouts during high-speed or long-run printing.
