Returns Policy

Please confirm product model, specifications, and compatibility before ordering. Buyer-side compatibility mistakes are generally not eligible for return, refund, or compensation.

Printheads, inks, cleaning liquids, electronic boards, and opened or installed items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item or the goods arrived damaged.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

Shipping time, stock availability, duties, and import charges may vary by product and destination. Some orders require manual confirmation before shipment.
