  • Used in the capping station to seal the printhead and prevent drying
  • Helps with ink suction during cleaning and maintenance cycles
  • Prevents nozzle clogging and keeps the printhead surface moist
  • Ensures stable ink flow for high-quality printing results

Constructed with durable rubber and a fine mesh absorption layer. Provides excellent sealing performance and long-lasting support during regular printer operation.

📦 Installation Instructions

  • Install under the printhead in the capping station
  • Ensure the pad aligns flat with the nozzle surface
  • Works with ink pump or suction function for cleaning

  • Replace the pad every 2–3 months depending on usage
