The JYY(B)-Y-20-lg-03-YS-FF is a high-pressure diaphragm ink pump designed for industrial UV printing systems that require stable circulation of dense and pigment-rich inks. Operating on a 24V DC power supply with a 7W motor, this model delivers a steady flow rate of ≥200ml/min while supporting liquid pressures of ≥3kgf/cm².
This ink pump is especially suitable for UV white ink circulation, where constant pressure and application-dependent flow are critical to prevent pigment sedimentation, nozzle clogging, and uneven ink output. The reinforced diaphragm structure and sealed pump head provide application-specific resistance to chemical corrosion and long-term mechanical fatigue.
Equipped with dual ink inlet and outlet ports, the pump supports both liquid and air transfer, making it suitable for ink circulation, suction, and auxiliary pressure systems. Its stable motor performance ensures low vibration and consistent operation in continuous production environments.
