The KVP04-1.1-24 is a compact brushless diaphragm ink pump designed for precision fluid handling in digital printing and industrial ink systems. With stable negative pressure performance and a maximum flow rate of 1.1L/min, it provides application-dependent ink recovery and pressure control in continuous operating environments.
Equipped with a 24V DC brushless motor, this pump delivers silent operation, minimal vibration, and extended service life. The brushless structure eliminates mechanical wear caused by carbon brushes, making it suitable for long-term, maintenance-sensitive applications.
The internal EPDM diaphragm offers application-specific resistance to UV inks, solvent inks, and water-based inks. Clearly marked inlet and outlet ports allow quick and error-free installation in inkjet printers, coding machines, and air-assisted ink systems.
