PHT50 is a DTF heat-transfer pigment ink family. It should not be categorized as UV DTF or sublimation ink.

Before Switching Ink

  • Do not mix different ink families or unconfirmed formulations in the same ink path.
  • Confirm whether flushing is required and use only a cleaning or flushing fluid approved for both the old and new systems.
  • Run nozzle, jetting, curing/drying, adhesion, color, rub, bend or wash tests as relevant before production.
  • For white ink, confirm circulation/agitation and idle-time maintenance requirements.

FAQ

Can I select ink only by printhead model?
No. The same printhead can be used with different chemistries and machine settings. The full printer and ink-system configuration must be checked.

Will it print on every material listed?
No. The list is an application direction. Surface treatment, primer, curing/drying energy, coating, temperature and finishing all affect the result.

What should I send before ordering?
Printer model, printhead model, current ink label, required colors, pack format, target material, destination country and photos of the ink system.
