Quick Install Guide
- Power off and unplug the plotter.
- Remove the right-side cover to access the scan motor and belt.
- Note the belt routing and connector orientation; take a photo if needed.
- Disconnect the motor harness and remove the motor mounting screws.
- Install the new motor, seat the belt/gear, and tighten evenly.
- Reconnect the harness, confirm no cable pinch, and refit the cover.
- Power on, perform a self-test, and run a short cut to verify motion.
Tip: If you still see skewing or hesitation, inspect the belt and pulleys for wear or contamination.
