This ink damper is designed specifically for Seiko SPT-1020 and SPT-1024 grayscale printheads used in industrial UV and solvent printing systems. It functions as a negative-pressure buffer and filtration unit between the ink supply and the printhead, ensuring stable ink delivery during high-speed production.

With a large internal ink chamber and dual stainless steel filters, the damper helps remove micro-particles and air bubbles before ink reaches the nozzle plate. This significantly reduces banding, color inconsistency, and nozzle drop-out during long continuous print jobs.
