This ink damper is designed for Seiko SPT-255 printheads used in solvent and eco-solvent printing systems. Installed between the ink supply line and the printhead, it helps regulate ink pressure, filter contaminants, and maintain stable ink flow during continuous printing.

The internal fine mesh filter blocks debris and micro-air bubbles before ink reaches the nozzle plate, reducing the risk of nozzle misfiring, clogging, and pressure fluctuation. This makes it suitable for long production runs where consistency and printhead protection are critical.
