




This high-capacity ink damper is engineered for Seiko SPT-510 grayscale printheads (35 pl / 50 pl). It works as a negative-pressure buffer and filtration unit between the ink supply line and the printhead, helping maintain stable back-pressure and clean ink delivery during continuous high-speed production.
A large internal ink chamber supports high-flow ink demand, while fine filtration helps reduce micro-debris and micro-bubbles before ink reaches the nozzle plate. This improves long-run stability and helps minimize banding and color drift caused by unstable ink flow.
