xUV Inkjet Printer Heating Plate
This heating plate solution is designed to keep ink at a stable working temperature, helping your printer run smoother in cold environments. It can improve ink flow consistency and reduce common low-temperature issues such as nozzle clogging, ink breaks, and unstable print output.
What Problem Does It Solve?
- Cold ink may become thicker, causing weak jetting and ink interruption
- Unstable viscosity can lead to banding, artifacts, and poor print stability
- Standby drying risk can increase when ink temperature is too low
Two Heating Styles
- Temperature-Controlled: adjustable with a controller (recommended when you need precise control)
- Constant-Temperature: self-regulating heating (recommended for simple, stable warming)
