The Y-60B-II-04-NS is a high-efficiency brushless diaphragm pump designed for ink circulation and vacuum-assisted systems in UV printers and industrial inkjet equipment. Operating on DC 24V with a 7W brushless motor, it delivers output depends on ink system, machine condition, environment, and maintenance, low noise, and extended service life under continuous operation.
This model supports both liquid and gas transfer, making it suitable for hybrid applications such as UV ink circulation, ink recovery, suction, and exhaust systems. It provides a liquid flow rate of up to 500ml/min and a gas flow capacity of 2L/min, ensuring application-dependent performance in demanding printing environments.
Constructed with corrosion-resistant materials, the pump is compatible with UV ink, air, water, and other suitable fluids. Its reinforced housing and compact structure allow easy integration into UV flatbed printers, large-format inkjet systems, and ink recycling units.
