The Y-RD-10-I is a precision peristaltic ink pump developed for controlled fluid delivery in photo printers and continuous ink supply systems. Operating at 24V DC with low power consumption, it provides a stable flow rate of 100–130ml/min, supporting accurate and repeatable ink transfer.
Unlike diaphragm pumps, this model uses a soft tube compression mechanism to move liquid without direct contact between the pump body and the ink. This design effectively eliminates backflow and minimizes pulsation, making it suitable for water-based ink and other compatible printing fluids.
The pump supports standard tubing sizes such as 6×4mm and 5×3mm, allowing easy integration into existing ink or fluid supply systems. An optional metal mounting bracket is available to provide additional stability during printer operation.
